1. Eligibility

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2. Our Services
- Wayflux allows businesses to create invoices, accept contactless payments using Tap to Pay, manage customers, and generate payment receipts.
- Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
- Wayflux does not hold customer funds.
3. Payment Processing
- All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
- By using Wayflux, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
- Stripe may charge payment processing fees.
- Wayflux is not responsible for payment delays, bank processing times, or declined transactions.
4. Tap to Pay
- Tap to Pay functionality requires a compatible device.
- Availability may vary by country, operating system, payment network, or financial institution.
- Wayflux cannot guarantee Tap to Pay availability in every region.
5. Customer Information
- You are responsible for ensuring that any customer information you collect is accurate.
- You agree to obtain any necessary consent before sending receipts via email or SMS.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use Wayflux for unlawful activities.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.
- You may not process fraudulent transactions.
- You may not use Wayflux to violate payment network rules.
7. Subscriptions
- Certain features require an active subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Subscription purchases made through Apple or Google are managed through their respective app stores.
8. Receipts & Invoices
- Wayflux generates receipts based on information you provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring invoices are legally compliant in your jurisdiction.
9. Availability
- We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.
10. Intellectual Property
- Wayflux, including its software, branding, graphics, and content, is owned by Wayflux and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer
- Wayflux is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayflux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Users may stop using Wayflux at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically.
- Continued use of Wayflux after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
